Scotland - Personal Licence Revocations - the race to surrender - too late in Aberdeen!

It is being reported in the local press today (The Press and Journal) that more than 500 Aberdeen personal licence holders had their personal licences revoked yesterday for failing to comply with the re-training requirements.

The decision by Aberdeen Licensing Board will result in some 518 people losing their licences and being unable to re-apply for a five year period.
